SECTION 5-8-23

   § 5-8-23  Deposit of fees. – (a) The proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of thischapter shall be deposited as general revenues.

   (b) The board is empowered to collect any fees and chargesthat are prescribed in this chapter and to apply those fees and charges to thecost of fulfilling the requirements and responsibilities of this chapter. Theboard shall share proportionately with the board of registration ofprofessional land surveyors the expenses of operating the two (2) boards.
