§ 5-8-6 - Board – Removal of members – Vacancies.
SECTION 5-8-6
§ 5-8-6 Board – Removal of members– Vacancies. – The governor may remove any member of the board for misconduct, incompetency,neglect of duty, or for any sufficient cause, in the manner prescribed by lawfor removal of state officials. Vacancies in the membership of the board shallbe filled for the unexpired term by appointment by the governor as provided in§ 5-8-3.
