SECTION 5-80-2

   § 5-80-2  Contract requirement; form andlanguage. – A foreclosure purchaser shall enter into every foreclosure reconveyance in theform of a written contract. Every contract must be written in letters of a sizeequal to at least twelve (12) point boldface type, in the same languageprincipally used by the foreclosure purchaser and foreclosed homeowner tonegotiate the sale of the residence in foreclosure and must be fully completedand signed and dated by the foreclosed homeowner and foreclosure purchaserbefore the execution of any instrument of conveyance of the resident[residence] in foreclosure.
