§ 6-10-3 - Identification of manufacturer or distributor.
SECTION 6-10-3
§ 6-10-3 Identification of manufacturer ordistributor. – The marking required by this chapter shall in all cases be in combination withthe name and place of business of the manufacturer or distributor of thethread, or a trademark, symbol, brand, or other mark which positivelyidentifies the manufacturer or distributor and which shall be filed with thestate sealer of weights and measures in the state department of labor andtraining.
