SECTION 6-10-5

   § 6-10-5  Enforcement of chapter. –The state sealer of weights and measures in the state department of labor andtraining shall enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter. Allactions, suits, complaints, and prosecutions for the violation of any of theprovisions of this chapter shall be brought by and in the name of the statesealer of weights and measures, or by and in the name of the state director oflabor and training or his or her duly authorized representative.
