SECTION 6-11.1-10

   § 6-11.1-10  Suspension, revocation, andnonrenewal of license. – The attorney general, upon his or her own motion or upon receipt of a signedwritten complaint which alleges violations of this chapter or of the rules andregulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, may, after a hearing,suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any license issued pursuant to this chapter.
