   § 6-11.1-12  Appeals. – Appeals from a decision by the attorney general shall be made to the sixthdivision district court in Providence. Appeals from the decision of the sixthdivision district court shall be to the supreme court in accordance with theAdministrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, as amended.
