SECTION 6-11.1-14
§ 6-11.1-14 Severability. – If any provision or phrase of this chapter or application of this chapter toany person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affectother provisions or phrases or applications of this chapter that can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or phrase or application, and to this endthe provisions and phrases of this chapter are severable.
