SECTION 6-11.1-8
§ 6-11.1-8 Rules and regulations. –The attorney general is authorized to promulgate, adopt, and enforce any andall rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the duties andresponsibilities of this chapter. Rules and regulations shall be adopted inaccordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
