SECTION 6-13.1-24

   § 6-13.1-24  Registration with secretary ofstate. – Any credit bureau doing business in this state shall immediately register inthe office of the secretary of state and shall state its corporate or companyname, agent for service of process, business address and phone number. Anycredit bureau shall notify the office of secretary of state, in writing, of anychange in name, agent, address or telephone number within thirty (30) days ofthe change.
