SECTION 6-13.1-3

   § 6-13.1-3  Interpretation. – It is the intent of the legislature that in construing §§ 6-13.1-1and 6-13.1-2 due consideration and great weight shall be given to theinterpretations of the federal trade commission and the federal courts relatingto § 5(a) of the Federal Trade Commission Act. 15 U.S.C. § 45(a)(1),as from time to time amended.
