   § 6-13.2-8  Penalty – Enforcement.– Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined from doing soby an action brought by the attorney general, or any aggrieved party, and shallbe punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) for eachseparate advertised infraction.
