   § 6-13.3-4  Defenses. – It shall be a defense to any suit brought under this chapter that the person'senvironmental marketing claims conform to the standards or are consistent withthe examples contained in the guides for use of environmental marketing claimspublished by the federal trade commission July 27, 1992.
