§ 6-13-8 - Severability.
SECTION 6-13-8
§ 6-13-8 Severability. – If any of the provisions of this chapter, or the application of any provisionto any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of thischapter, or the application of the provisions to persons or circumstances otherthan those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
