SECTION 6-14-14

   § 6-14-14  Enforcement in equity. –Upon complaint of any person, the superior court shall have jurisdiction inequity to restrain and enjoin any act forbidden or declared illegal by anyprovisions of §§ 6-14-3 – 6-14-13. In addition the court mayaward the complainant reasonable attorneys' fees and may impose a civil penaltyof one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
