§ 6-14-16 - Failure to comply.
SECTION 6-14-16
§ 6-14-16 Failure to comply. – Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute anunfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice underchapter 13.1 of this title, entitled "Deceptive Trade Practices", and thepenalties and remedies provided in that chapter shall apply against anyindividual, corporation, or partnership violating any provision of this section.
