SECTION 6-17-4

   § 6-17-4  Furnishing quotations to aidprohibited contract. – Any person who shall communicate, receive, exhibit, or display in any mannerany statement of quotations of prices of any securities or commodities with anintent to make or offer to make, or to aid in making or offering to make, anycontract prohibited by this chapter, upon conviction shall be subject to thepenalties provided in §§ 6-17-2 and 6-17-3.
