   § 6-26.1-2  Authorization to make loans– Usury. – Any credit card lender may, subject to any limitations on lending authoritiescontained in its charter or otherwise imposed by law, offer and extend creditto a borrower and in connection with the credit may charge and collectinterest, interest fees and charges, and other charges permitted by thischapter and may take any security as collateral in connection with it that maybe acceptable to the credit card lender.
