   § 6-26-10  Possession of usury records– Evidence of knowledge. – The possession by any person, other than a public official in the course of hisor her duty, of any document, record, paper, instrument, or other writing thatshall record or evidence a usurious debt in violation of § 6-26-2 shall bepresumptive evidence of possession with knowledge of its contents in violationof § 6-26-9.
