SECTION 6-27-6

   § 6-27-6  Regulations. – (a) The director shall prescribe any rules and regulations not inconsistentwith this chapter that may be necessary or proper in carrying out itsprovisions.

   (b) It is the expressed intention of this legislature that ifexemption from the law or regulation of the federal government of thedisclosure class of credit transactions covered hereby cannot be affected, thelaws of the federal government shall preempt the provisions of this chapter.
