SECTION 6-31-6

   § 6-31-6  Penalties. – Any person whose actions evince a pattern of noncompliance with any or allprovisions of this chapter shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term notexceeding six (6) months or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars($500), or by a fine only of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
