SECTION 6-32-1

   § 6-32-1  "Lay away sales" defined. –As used in this chapter, "lay away sales" means any sale of goods in which thegoods are offered for sale to the public on terms which permit periodic paymentfor the goods, and with respect to which delivery is deferred until completionof payment of the entire purchase price.
