SECTION 6-36-26

   § 6-36-26  Severability. – If any provision or phrases of this chapter or applications of any provision orphrases of this chapter to any person or circumstances is held invalid, theinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or phrases or applications of thischapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision or phrase orapplication, and to this end the provisions and phrases of this chapter areseverable.
