   § 6-36-5  Establishment, maintenance, oruse of monopoly power. – The establishment, maintenance, or use of a monopoly, or an attempt toestablish a monopoly, of trade or commerce by any person, for the purpose ofexcluding competition or controlling, fixing, or maintaining prices, isunlawful.
