   § 6-38-5  Penalties. – Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, or jointstock association which violates any provision of this chapter shall be subjectto a penalty of not less than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than onethousand dollars ($1,000), for each and every offense. In addition to thepenalties provided in this section, any violation of this chapter shallconstitute a violation of the Deceptive Trades Practices Act (chapter 13.1 oftitle 6).
