SECTION 6-40-2

   § 6-40-2  Prohibitions. – It is unlawful in the sale of consumer goods or services for any personconducting a mail order or catalog business in this state, and utilizing a postoffice box address or a street address representing a site used primarily forthe receipt or delivery of mail or as a telephone answering service, to fail todisclose the legal name under which business is done and the complete streetaddress from which business is actually conducted in all advertising andpromotional materials, including order blanks and forms.
