SECTION 6-41-11

   § 6-41-11  Time of taking effect. –This chapter takes effect on July 1, 1986, and does not apply tomisappropriation occurring prior to July 1, 1986. With respect to a continuingmisappropriation that began prior to July 1, 1986, the chapter also does notapply to the continuing misappropriation that occurs after July 1, 1986.
