SECTION 6-41-6

   § 6-41-6  Statute of limitations. –An action for misappropriation must be brought within three (3) years after themisappropriation is discovered or by the exercise of reasonable diligenceshould have been discovered. For the purposes of this section, a continuingmisappropriation constitutes a single claim.
