§ 6-46-10 - Remedies.
SECTION 6-46-10
§ 6-46-10 Remedies. – Nothing contained in this section shall bar the right of an agreement toprovide for binding arbitration of disputes. Any arbitration shall beconsistent with the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate state law.The place of any arbitration shall be in the city or county in which the dealermaintains the dealer's principal place of business in this state.
