SECTION 6-46-11

   § 6-46-11  Waiver of chapter void. –(a) The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be incorporated in everyagreement and shall supersede and control all other provisions of theagreement. No supplier may require any dealer to waive compliance with anyprovision of this chapter. Any contract or agreement purporting to do so isvoid and unenforceable to the extent of the waiver or variance.

   (b) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to limit orprohibit good faith settlements of disputes voluntarily entered into betweenthe parties.
