SECTION 6-50-6

   § 6-50-6  Application to arbitrationagreements. – This chapter shall not apply to provisions for the binding arbitration ofdisputes contained in a dealership agreement, if the criteria for determiningwhether good cause existed for a termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal, andthe relief provided is no less than that provided for in this chapter.
