§ 6A-2-707 - "Person in the position of a seller.".
SECTION 6A-2-707
§ 6A-2-707 "Person in the position of aseller.". – (1) A "person in the position of a seller" includes as against a principal anagent who has paid or become responsible for the price of goods on behalf ofhis or her principal or anyone who otherwise holds a security interest or otherright in goods similar to that of a seller.
(2) A person in the position of a seller may as provided inthis chapter withhold or stop delivery (§ 6A-2-705) and resell (§6A-2-706) and recover incidental damages (§ 6A-2-710).
