§ 6A-3-102 - Subject matter.

§ 6A-3-102 Subject matter. – (a) This chapter applies to negotiable instruments. It does not apply to money,to payment orders governed by chapter 4.1 of this title, or to securitiesgoverned by chapter 8 of this title.
(b) If there is conflict between this chapter and chapter 4or 9 of this title, chapters 4 and 9 of this title govern.
(c) Regulations of the Board of Governors of the FederalReserve System and operating circulars of the Federal Reserve Banks supersedeany inconsistent provision of this chapter to the extent of the inconsistency.
