SECTION 6A-7-704

   § 6A-7-704  Savings clause. – A document of title issued or a bailment that arises before the effective dateof this chapter [June 16, 2006] and the rights, obligations, andinterests flowing from that document or bailment are governed by any statute orother rule amended or repealed by this chapter as if amendment or repeal hadnot occurred and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced underthat statute or other rule.
