   § 7-1.2-103  Effect of repeal of prioracts. – The repeal of a prior act by this chapter does not impair, diminish or affectany right, privilege or immunity accrued or established, any suit pending, anyright of action conferred, or any duty, restriction, liability or penaltyimposed or required, under the provisions of the act, prior to the repeal.
