   § 7-1.2-104  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person orcircumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, theinvalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter thatcan be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to thisend the provisions of the chapter are severable.
