SECTION 7-1.2-1404

   § 7-1.2-1404  Change of name by foreigncorporation. – Whenever a foreign corporation which is authorized to transact business in thisstate changes its name to one that does not satisfy the requirements of §7-1.2-1403, it may not transact business in this state under the changed nameuntil it adopts a name satisfying the requirements of § 7-1.2-1403 andobtains an amended certificate of authority under § 7-1.2-1411.
