SECTION 7-1.2-1407
§ 7-1.2-1407 Effect of certificate ofauthority. – Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority by the secretary of state, thecorporation is authorized to transact business in this state for the purposesstated in its application, subject, however, to the right of this state tosuspend or to revoke the authority as provided in this chapter.
