SECTION 7-1.2-1603

   § 7-1.2-1603  Penalties imposed uponofficers and directors. – Any individual who signs any articles, statement, report, application, or otherdocument intended to be filed with the secretary of state that is known to theindividual to be false in any material respect, is guilty of a misdemeanor, andupon conviction of it may be fined in any amount not exceeding five hundreddollars ($500). For purposes of this chapter, a document is signed whether byany manual, facsimile or electronic signature.
