   § 7-1.2-1605  Certificates and certaincopies to be received in evidence. – All certificates issued by the secretary of state in accordance with theprovisions of this chapter, and all copies of documents filed in his or heroffice in accordance with the provisions of this chapter when certified by thesecretary, is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in them. A certificateby the secretary of state under the great seal of this state, as to theexistence or nonexistence of the facts relating to corporations is prima facieevidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts stated in them.
