   § 7-1.2-710  Voting and inspection rightsof bondholders and debenture holders. – The articles of incorporation may, to the extent and in the manner provided inthe articles of incorporation, confer on the holders of bonds or otherevidences of indebtedness of the corporation rights to vote in the election ofdirectors and on any other matters on which shareholders may vote and rights toinspect the books and records of the corporation.
