   § 7-1.2-813  Resignation and removal ofofficers. – An officer may resign at any time by delivering notice to the corporation. Anyofficer may be removed at any time with or without cause by the board ofdirectors or by any other manner permitted by the articles of incorporation orthe bylaws. Election, appointment or removal of an officer or agent does not ofitself create contract rights.
