SECTION 7-11-701

   § 7-11-701  Administration. – This chapter is administered by the director. The general assembly shallannually appropriate any sums that it deems sufficient for the administrationand enforcement of the provisions of this chapter; and the state controller isauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of the sums appropriated or so much of them as is from time totime required, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thedirector. All sums received by the director pursuant to the provisions of thischapter are deposited as general revenues.
