SECTION 7-11-702

   § 7-11-702  Prohibitions on use ofinformation. – Neither the director nor an employee of the director may use, for personal gainor benefit, information filed with or obtained by the director which is notpublic information, nor may the director or an employee of the director conductsecurities dealings based on information filed with or obtained by thedirector, even though public, if there has not been a sufficient period for thesecurities markets to assimilate the information.
