SECTION 7-12-10
§ 7-12-10 Application to joint debtors.– The provisions of §§ 7-12-4 – 7-12-9 in reference to copartnersextend to joint debtors who may individually compound or compromise for theirjoint indebtedness, with the like effect to creditors and to joint debtors ofthe person compromising as is provided in this section in reference tocopartners.
