SECTION 7-12-2

   § 7-12-2  Death of partner – Statementdelivered to administrator or executor. – In case of the death of any person who was at the time of his or her decease amember of any copartnership, either general or limited, the surviving partnershall, upon the demand in writing of the administrator or executor of thedeceased copartner, and within ten (10) days subsequently, make out and deliverto the administrator or executor a detailed statement of the assets andliabilities of the copartners as they existed at the time of the decease of thecopartner, which statement shall be verified by the oath of the survivingcopartner.
