SECTION 7-12-3

   § 7-12-3  Examination of books and propertyby representative of deceased partner. – The administrator or executor may enter upon the premises and examine the booksand affairs of the copartnership and take an inventory of the personal propertyin which his or her intestate or testate may have had an interest at the timeof his or her decease.
