SECTION 7-12-33

   § 7-12-33  Right to an account. – Any partner has the right to a formal account as to partnership affairs:

   (1) If he or she is wrongfully excluded from the partnershipbusiness or possession of its property by his or her copartners.

   (2) If the right exists under the terms of any agreement.

   (3) As provided by § 7-12-32.

   (4) Whenever other circumstances render it just andreasonable.
