SECTION 7-13-16

   § 7-13-16  Delivery of certificates tolimited partners. – Upon the return by the secretary of state pursuant to § 7-13-13 of acertificate marked "Filed", the general partners shall promptly deliver or maila copy of the certificate of limited partnership and each certificate ofamendment or cancellation to each limited partner unless the partnershipagreement provides otherwise.
