SECTION 7-13-31

   § 7-13-31  Interim distributions. –Except as provided in this chapter, a partner is entitled to receivedistributions from a limited partnership before his or her withdrawal from thelimited partnership and before the dissolution and winding up of the limitedpartnership to the extent and at the times or upon the happening of the eventsspecified in the partnership agreement.
